What Happens in a Session?
As a practitioner, I’ll guide you through present moment awareness, exploring body tension, gestures, and sensations through a combination of touch, movement, and conversation. By bringing these sensations to light, you can make the mind-body connection and begin the healing process.
After a session, clients usually feel more relaxed, free, clearer headed, and in less physical pain. Our bodies have messages and stories to tell us. I’m here to help deliver those messages and support you on your healing journey.
