This fully customizable healing program will help you establish healthy coping mechanisms and habits to guide in healing. I use a holistic integrative approach that is tailored specifically for you. I will support your healing through nutrition, movement, releasing old wounds through somatic work, and creating a balance in the mind and body.

All sessions will be held virtually
For the most impactful healing and growth, 6 sessions or a 3 month commitment is suggested. This allows for sustainable changes and enough time to restore self-regulation in your system. During this time you will become reconnected to yourself, establish boundaries in your life, and become comfortable in your own skin & body. At the end of this journey you will leave feeling empowered with a greater sense of awareness of your body and needs.
