The Embodied Year is the space I wish I had years ago.

After losing my brother in 2017, I spent years searching for healing that went deeper than talk therapy.

Somatic work is what finally helped me breathe again, feel again, and reconnect to myself in a way that felt safe, compassionate, and real.

Before becoming a somatic practitioner, I spent over a decade as an educator- guiding, teaching, and creating spaces where people felt safe to learn and grow. That background shapes everything that I do: the way I hold space, the way I teach, and the way I support you moving at your own pace with compassion and clarity.

Since then, I’ve trained in somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed mind–body practices - but more importantly, I’ve walked this path myself.

I understand what it means to hold grief, stress, anxiety, and emotional heaviness in the body… and I know how powerful it is when someone walks beside you.

This year-long journey was created from that knowing- a space where you’re gently guided, deeply seen, and held in your wholeness, month after month.

When does the program start?

The Embodied Year officially begins on January 1. You’’ll receive your first month’s module that day, along with a welcome email and simple ways to prepare your space and energy.

What I join after January 1?

If you join with the monthly subscription: You’ll receive access starting with the current month’s module. Monthly members do not receive access to previous months’ content. This helps keep the journey grounded, spacious, and in rhythm with the current season.

If you join with the yearly subscription: You’ll receive instant access to all previously released months as soon as you enroll. This is perfect if you want the full experience, want to start at the beginning, or want to move through earlier content at your own pace.

Both options still give you new content every month as it unlocks.

Do I need experience with somatics?

No experience is needed. The program is designed to be gentle, intuitive, and beginner-friendly. Every practice, meditation, movement, and ritual is guided step-by-step to support you wherever you are in your healing. All bodies, all levels, all emotional landscapes are welcome.

Can I add private sessions later?

Yes.

You can book a Virtual Somatic Session for $50 any month you want extra support. Some women use this monthly, others only when they’re moving through deeper emotions or transitions. You’re free to choose what feels right.

Is everything pre-recorded?

Yes — all core monthly content is pre-recorded so you can move through it at your own pace. Guided audio, videos, journal workbooks, rituals, and prompts are delivered each month. This ensures the program stays flexible, accessible, and supportive of your nervous system.

How long do I have access?

You’ll have access for as long as your membership is active. Every month you stay enrolled, you’ll continue to receive new content and keep access to all previously unlocked modules. If you choose the yearly option, you’ll have full access to all materials for the entire 12 months. There’s no rush — everything is self-paced, and you can revisit practices, rituals, meditations, and workbooks as often as you need throughout your membership.
