IN THIS LESSON
This module introduces somatic healing as a body-based approach to emotional and nervous system regulation. Rather than focusing on thoughts or analysis, somatic healing invites you to listen to the body through sensation - learning how emotions, stress, and lived experiences are held and expressed physically.
You'll explore how the body communicates through signals such as tension, breath patterns, posture, and movement, and how unprocessed emotions become stored as holding or disconnection.
This module lays the foundation for working with the body throughout the year, helping you build trust in your internal cues and reconnect with your innate capacity to heal.
